Could anyone post some pics of a floorstanding cabinet with removable front baffle. What measures should be taken in order to avoid air leaks?

It isn't very different from a half-length removable baffle. Just use a gasket made of closed foam weatherstripping and you'll be fine. If you intend to remove the front baffle often, PVC closed foam has slightly better recovery properties than neoprene closed foam, though they are both good.- Bottom
