    Here's a pic showing how I mod'ed the Rythmik audio plate amp to remove its crossover. I'm not sure where the volume control part is, I modified it to connect the input directly to the amp module. As shown, input impedence is ~ 28KOhm, and gain is somewhere from 33-35 dB. I wouldn't do the mod if you are running real long cables, or if you have significant dc offset on your inputs. My voltmeter shows it still has some attenuation at real low frequencies, so it likely has capacitor coupling on the amp board, I just never traced it out.

    I didn't want to raise my old thread, I think the moral of that one is that next time I should try trading amps or something with someone here that can build me incredible cabinets.
