This is a little Peerless XXLS passive radiator sub I built. With no mass on the passives and an 80Hz 4th order lowpass filter, it's about -3dB at about 27Hz. Mass down the passives and rely on room gain or EQ to give a little lift and it could get down to the lower 20's. I built it ostensibly for my uncle, after my aunt objected to the 200lb seven cubic foot Lambda 15" sub I built for him a few years back. It turned out so snazzy looking I might just build him something else and keep this myself. Anyway, here's some pics...

It's kind of hard to get a picture of the finish, but it's a custom order WilsonArt laminate. Antique Copper with a gloss finish, looks like a copper metallic auto paint if you can imagine what that would look like. I'll try to get some better pics later.
Testing to be done as soon as I have a working measurement system.
