Got my new measuring system up and running, but...

I got excited and decided I would test out my accuton C12 tweeters (after doing a number of successful tests on some finished 2-ways). Well, for some reason my mixer controls for the output reset to the highest setting when I closed the window. The result- one fried C12 tweeter. I'm feeling a bit stupid for what happened, but I'm sure I'm not the first person to ruin a perfectly good/expensive tweeter this way. So a word to the wise, always have your mixer settings on display when measuring your tweeters!

      ow.

In the grand scheme of things, it's still probably cheaper than accidentally backing into another car.

Or having a similar brief lapse when working with a table saw. . .
