    Jasper jig questions

I bought one of the jasper jigs to do the cutouts for my sub. My next project is the modula mt so I bought the smaller jig. When you initially mount the jig they have you use the clear plastic knockout in the center of the jig to ensure that the jig is centered.

For those of you who mount & unmount the jig - do you check to see that it's recentered or just assume that if you use the same mounting holes that it will function properly?

I haven't removed mine yet, but I don't see an issue if you use the same holes in the jig AND the same holes in the base.

I think you could use the larger jig on the Modula, it cuts down to 2 1/4" I made several 2 3/8" holes just the other day, worked great - just have to be careful to use the right hole, they're bunched up at the small diameters.

Right, using the same holes in the jig and router = centered.
