Possible test amp?

I forgot that I had bookmarked this link for a 150w plate amp for $50 at MCM. I was thinking it might make a good test amp or possibly a computer sub amp.

Does anyone know anything about it?

From looking at the specs I wouldn't use it as a test amp, it would be fine for a small PC sub
