    Center Channel Question

I am going to build a center (rs180 and seas tweeter) and have read alot of posts about how they sound, and I am wondering if they sound good with a $500 set of mains or good with a $3000 set.
Guess i'm not sure when a person says a speaker sounds good what they are using as the baseline. I was going to buy a Paradigm which seems to blend good with my MB Quart 2000's that have 2@8's 2@5 1/4 and a tweeter, but I think I would rather build something.
Is that a good center to build or should I look at some other driver combo to use, thanks in advance. Jason

    Crossover?

Can you tell us about your crossover plans?

I was going to see what people recommended for drivers then build a crossover best suited for the drivers.

Check out the stickies that are on this forum. The Modula MTM is a good design and it has a good crossover, but it is a very large crossover (lots of parts). Just check around the forum and you will find a lot of info.
