    Modula M/T's making music :-)

I just completed a pair of Modula M/T's to be presented to one of my Son's for Christmas. Not surprisingly they sound extremely similar to the Natalie P's I built last Summer. Very, very nice! :T

Excellent bass, great midrange and extended , airy highs. These are a genuine bargain. Great sound quality at a budget price. I recycled some parts from other past projects so I was able to squeeze them into a Christmas budget but even buying all of the parts retail would put you around $225 for drivers and crossover parts. There are a lot of inexpensive 2-ways out there but IMHO, this is one of the very best.

    Great design Jon! ;x(

    Best regards,

    Jim

      Cool!

Can you compare the bass response to anything else? I'd like to build these for use as some mains next.

Thanks for all the kind words, guys. I'm glad you enjoy the design- these were built first for my daughter, and she likes them pretty well, too.

Hope you guys and your families all have a great Christmas season.

Somehow the fact that I can attach an image escaped me. DUH! ops: Anyway, here's a picture of the Modula M/T's that I did for my son. He was very pleased. He called me last night after listening to the Modula M/T's and comparing them to his Legacy Studios to tell me the Modula M/T's sounded far better than the Studios. Of course, I knew that.
