I'm interested in dipole modelling using LSPCad, and see this in the updated LSPCad 6 manual (section 9.3.6 Radiation Component):
Can anyone offer any explanation as to how simulating only the diffracted part would be used to simulate a dipole speaker?
Thanks,
Paul
Like is the case for the driver units one can simulate cabinet edge diffraction for TS
drivers. An additional feature here is that one can select to simulate only the diffracted
part. This is useful if one wish to simulate a dipole loudspeaker.
