I haven't seen to many RS150 designs so I thought I would post mine here for your enjoyment. I spent about 6 months on this guy. This was before the RS28 tweeter came out. Very nice combo in a little box with great sound for a small price. Enjoy, Paul

For reasons that escape me, people seem to gravitate to the RS180. Think it's the extra bass response you can get. Really need to get my hands on some to compare myself.

Ya, the RS180 is one popular driver. I had some bad experiences with two ways using bigger woofers--probably my selection. I found that smaller tends to have a nicer midrange but the 180 has me gawking. The 6" is so nice that I bet the 7" is a killer and like you said more bass.
I built these for my bedroom and boy do they fill up the room LOL. Very unobtrusive/small footprint. Pretty darn efficient too. I'm uncertain as to how to figure out the efficiency--any ideas? SW keeps things relative to zero. I have a cheap multimeter but not sure how to measure the receiver to get 1 watt out. Well, enough rambling. Regards, PaulComment
