New RS drivers- how about this :-)

With the announcement at the Parts Express board of a new RS midrange dome driver, and the RS 10" subwoofer that Jon mentioned in another thread, is anyone else thinking about a 3-way using RS28a, new mid, and RS sub? This might make a truly reference quality speaker! We'll just have to wait and see about the compatiblities and frequency response of the new RS midrange and sub.

Is the expected RS mid really a dome or say a 5" alum cone? :roll: I was expecting the latter, you know Usher makes a 1" BeO tweeter and then Dayton comes with a 1" aluminum tweeter, and we know Usher has a BeO cone mid in the works, and so naturally... Since everyone is speculating, what the heck I also do
