Cloning a design = reverse engineering. So pretty much anything can be cloned.
As for the Manger drive units, they've got no usable highs, got not lows, must be B*se....... oh wait, they added a woofer section. That means they've just got no highs. Well technically they do have highs, it's just that they just beam like a laser pointer.
So yes you can clone them. The raw Manger drive units cost $700ea. It's up to you to build the fancy top-module.
