    Excellent primer artilcs on HTPC and Video

    Hey Guys,


    The newest (Nov.) "Stereophile Guide to Home Theater" has some excellent artcles and columns on HTPC video related stuff (this means you, ThomasW!)


    "PCinema Accelleration" is 8 pages long, and inlcudes pictorial explanations of video related issues, as well as a lot of good general system setup and configuration information.


    "PCinema" has a very informative reveiw of PowerDVD; there's information that will help you in evaluating and using any DVD Software player.

              I am not sure as to whether I should part with my Rotel RSP1068 and go it alone with my HTPC directly feeding my RB1080 (200x2) and the RB1075 (120x5).

              The only thing that I seem to use on the rotel pre is the multichannel input (analog in) from my Meridian 7.1...
