    Server Down...

    This Saturday the 27'th of January 2002 HTGuide will go down between 07:30 AM and 11:45 AM CET (Local Basel/Swizz Time)
    The reason for this is power connection to our office building will be fiddled with for some reason. Hopefully we will be back before 11:45 though but just incase... Now you all know.

      Well, so much for beeing out of the office the whole day. They moved the power shutdown to next Saturday, the 2'nd of February instead.

          HTGuide will finally move to new location

          Our current server will be shut down on saturday which forces us to quickly make our move to the new server. This means that I will close the forum on Friday morning (European Central Time) just to be able to synchronize the database servers. This task needs to be done by midnight Friday since I'm uncertain...

          Reason is that they are working on the power supply to the office building which ofcourse is out of my control...
          There will also be a short power down...

          The server will be physivally moved to our new office and will get a new IP number. We're staying on the same DNS server so the update should go fast... but lot's of...

          Folks, It's finally time to move the server!
          I will shut down the Forum on Friday Evening (Europe time) just to be able to mirror the database over to the new machine.
          If everything is working as supposed we should start to show up again around the world towards the end of the weekend...
