    Software Update Problem with CP500

    I try to upgrade my CP500 to the latest software on Classe website (1.4.2). However, the downloader is always stuck at "Detecting..." stage. I verified the COM port, serial cable, windows XP are all fine. I used the same windows xp, cable, and followed the same procedure to my CDP102 and everything was fine.

    Any folks had the similar issue before? Any suggestion is appreciated.
