    CDP-202 direct to amplifier

    From the CDP-202 manual it says it has a volume control, has anyone done tests with the CDP-202 directly connected to the amplifier?

    No requirement for other sources.

    On paper, I would think the sonics going direct would be cleaner and better then running them via a PRE.

    Anyone comment?
