I just pulled the trigger on a broken Ava18. However, I'm not going to see it until Fi finishes the recone and sends it to me, and I'd like to get the cabinet started. I'm planning a 150L net sealed box, made of BB for weight savings, with EQ and power coming from a Crown XTi2000. It should play well with my gaggle of Tannoy duals 
If someone who's built a sub using the Ava18 could confirm the mounting dimensions for me, and fill in the ones I'm missing, I'd appreciate it.
OD (with gasket): 18.5"
OD (sans gasket): ???
ID (cutout): 16.5"
Height of driver lip (with gasket): ???
Height of driver lip (sans gasket): ???
Assuming the driver is recessed by .75" (mounted on the inner layer of a double baffle) how much clearance should I leave for the grille?
