Happy 4th to all,
hope it was a safe and enjoyable one. The long extended weekend meant for the first time in like a decade I would have a chance to build (or start building actually) the rears for my HT, since the office was abandonded this weekend. The main driver is a KEF Ci200QR ($140/pr-Audiogon), xo'd @ 125hz (final slope TBD) to 6 Audax VP170G0's ($9/ea. - Madisound) mounted on a simple 48"H x 14.5"W baffle. Total spent was about $250. I'm still deciding on whether it will be fully active or just active bass. Like I said much still to be done before it is completed. Here's a peek.
