Kenwood's KM-Z1 six-channel power amp for Rotel?

Erik just posted a link to the Kenwood's KM-Z1 six-channel power amp for sale CHEAP... $495. Would this be a good unit to drive a Rotel signal? Or would the Kenwood be cheap and distort the fine, pure sound that we all aspire to?

Hey Chris! Everyone's gonna have an opinion...heck I have AMC amps running my Rotel 1066 and most haven't even heard of AMC and would probably call them cheap...but I think the pair sounds great together...so like anything, do what you want unless someone else pays for everything!
