This documentary by director Alex Gibney is an exposé of the Church of Scientology.
I’ve always thought that their beliefs are absurd (they believe humans are immortal alien spirits called thetans that are trapped on Earth in "meat bodies") but I never realised what a nasty, money-grabbing bunch of reprobates their leaders are. Any resemblance to a religion is purely coincidental. They are simply a business that exploits loose tax laws in the USA and other countries to generate huge wealth at the expense of others.
Mr Obama, if you are reading this post, perhaps you could close this dodgy business down as part of your legacy? You could start by putting some steel into the spine of the IRS.
