Guys,
We need to keep this right on topic of how well or otherwise these work with B&Ws & Classe or I need to move or lock it... Most cable threads end up being bun-fights (hence the posting restrictions in the forum rules) - lets hope this one doesn'tI know we can do it if we try!

I use copperheads for my amp/preamp interconnects. Very nice indeed and very good price. In all truth, unless you buy a set of cables that is entirely made of silver (the only better conductor than copper) there will be no difference in which cable you use, as long as they are of adequate size, have decent sodering and have good shielding. Even with pure silver cables the difference is theoretical rather than audible. I haven't heard the electrically shielded db models but even with those (which cost exponentially more) the difference will be slight at best.

I havent used any of the ones you listened, or really compared many.
However I have all AQ interconnects. The King Cobra's from the CD, DVD/DVDA/SACD player to the reciever and off to the amps. Im very pleased with the quality and sound. Im sure other options will sound just as good though, again ive never compared them to other brands or AQ models.

For the price of audioquest, just get some catcables. Plenty will preach good stuff about their stuff. I just ordered an optical cable from CatCables. First hi-quality toslink cable. Didn't think there would be that much difference compared to regular toslink cables. Definitely good stuff!
FYI, from what others have mentioned on this board, you'll see a lot of people favor Catcables and Nordust.

Welcome to the forum. Cable is a bit of touchy subject on this forum since this site is sponsored by a cable manufacturer. The rules as I understand it states that you can't endorse specific manufacturer and provide links where you can purchase them. You are however allowed to discuss your experience with certain cables you have auditioned.
That said, I do currently have 802Ds mated with Krell using an Audioquest bi-wire cable even though they are not Gilbraltar. I bought those cables when I bought my previous speakers (704s) have used them since. I really like the way they performed, but after reading numerous glowing reviews of QED Silver Anniversary on What Hi-Fi magazine, I bought a pair for my 802Ds. I noticed no difference between the two cables. That is not to say all cables sound equal, but I am assuming that if my current cable sounds great and performs very similar to something that got great reviews by many others, then it must be pretty good too.
I am sure something as fine as 802Ds or Classe deserve good speaker wires and interconnects. Try auditioning a few different cables you are interested in using your set up at home and prepare to return the ones you feel is lacking. That I guess is the only way to find something that you like.
