Passive high-pass for balanced line ?

I'm interested in trying a passive line-level high-pass filter for a balanced line. Is it as simple as mirroring the filter for both sides of the line? Or???

Or running the filter between the two sides. ;-)

Best way is as Kal suggests, differential across the line, don't use "common mode" components to ground. Imbalance in those will compromise CMRR (common mode rejection ratio).
