Does any body know if the is a kind of like a Dvr box but instead of recording live tv I can upload tv shows, movies. It might be a stupid question but I can think of it right now.
Do you need something to simply store media files? That would likely be a NAS.
Do you want a computer that can take video input from various sources, has a TV tuner etc to encode video? Then your likely talking custom build with a TV tuner/capture card.
