Sony 10es preamp

About 2 years ago, Sony was developing a new preamp to replace the 9000es. They got distracted with their digital receiver and the 10es got put on hold. Does anyone know if they are working on a preamp again?

Last I heard Sony had no plans on making a pre amp again...but with Denon's reintroduction maybe they'll relook at the situation

I just heard from a major Sony reseller that he heard a rumor that although the 10es is dead that Sony is working on a VERY expensive preamp!
