New HK Digital Receiver

Does anyone know anything about the new HK all digital receiver? I believe it is the 1001?? I am looking at Rotel 1055, Marantz 7300, and perhaps Pioneer Elite for the THX badging. Any comments or advice?

Thanks for the link. I had already looked there. Apparently it is not on the market yet. I would be interested to see how it performs - quite a departure in actual weight and technology. I understand it will also run a lot cooler. I suspect with good specs reporting, most other manufacturers will move in this direction.

I would guess introduced at CES, probably on shelves late 2nd, to 3rd quarter, maybe?

I heard $1500 retail , though that means around $1200 street if you ask.

I believe this receiver is out now. Anyone have (ordered) it yet? I'm curious how this receiver performs, more specifically as a pre/pro.
