I realize beauty is in the ear of the beholder...But which speakers, cables and digital sources sound best with B&K, with the belief that component synergy exists???

Any Suggestions???

I can only tell you about my gear. I run PSB Stratus series speakers (http://www.psbspeakers.com) and use CatCables... (http://www.catcables.com) My old B&K 307 (http://www.bkcomp.com/prodshow.html) sounded fantastic with everything. I'm bett'n going with B&K seperates will have plenty of synergy. :D

The reason I inquire is because I have found some great deals on cables on e-bay & Audiogon. I recently stole some Kimber Monocle X on Audiogon. And as for speakers, I'm torn between B&W and Sonus Faber. (leaning toward B&W) I know my ears will be the final judge, but I also know that the eyes can impair judgement.

Just wanted inquire from the wisdom of the HTG elite

Hey Chip...
What different brands of cables have you been using with your new rig (interconnects, speaker cable, component video etc...) And whatcha think about their performance, so far???

I use a mix of Cat's & Monster's.

They all work very well. I'm definately not one to get into cable debates. I just like well constructed, good performing interconnects and cables. Nothing from Radio Shack basically..
