Much of that is pure dreaming by the author. While a Linux hack is up and running on the Dreamcast there has been no sign of any Sega/Indrema partnership.

I'm of the opinion that Sega knows it cannot compete with Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo. They need to re-invent themselves in order to survive. The traditional console business is not one Sega should compete in. The Dreamcast will be their last traditional console. I'd wager we'll see Sega games on Xbox, PS2 or Gamecube within the next 2 years.
