Is this replacing it? I assume since the posts moved here this is so.

Yes for now this area is doing double duty as the custom installers area as well as the projector area...

Actually guys, I moved the DIYer's Front Projection to Spaced Out, (read forum descriptions), this is the Custom Installers area only. That doesn't mean you have to be a custom installer to post here, but it does mean, they need to start topic unless your asking them advice.

Primarily though, the spaced out area is the person building his own theater's prime zone. I will move some posts over there from here, eventually, if this is what we keep, meaning the older FP topics.

Is this to complex, or are you all ok with that?

Thanks,
Lex

Okay by me, boss. Maybe that'll generate more posting in Spaced Out. :T

Lex, run that by me again. Front projection is mentioned in the Spaced Out description as well as here. So where do the FP fans post ? People interested in FP are not necessarily DIY'ers, nor are they necessarily interested in Custom Installation. I know the Video Shop wasn't all that busy, but FP is getting bigger and bigger in the world of home theater, so if we don't have a room for it alone, perhaps FP discussion in general could be posted under AV Chalet. I just don't think it is a good idea to make FP or RPTV or driect view even, a grey area for members.

I'd agree, I think front projection (or at least video displays in general) need their own area. Good to see Lex is doing continual improvements!
