Comcast DVR?

Hello All,

Our recored HD shows keep frezzing/breaking up. Every 3-4 months we have to change boxes. Is there a cure for this problem?

Could be a problem with their feed, their distribution, the bandwidth/interference to your house etc.

I occasionaly have a bout of freezing/breaking up/audio drops on my 6412 here as well and try to call my service provider to "scorn" them when it happens :P They say they actually appreciate it as it allows them to track down/trace where the problems are coming from (external sat feeds, weather, head end, internal system, user level etc)

So my advice would be to call them every time it happens to any lengthly/frequent degree. If nothing else it will hopefully annoy them enough to do something :D

Comcast said the same thing & they are trying to correct the problem.
