Do you care about a warranty?

dario, click on the Media Design ad banner at the top of these screens, and talk to the owner Brent Huskins. He can usually give the best prices on Parasound equipment that you can find.

That's kind of what I was getting at. If you just look at the lowest price alone, some Uncle Charlies Stereos.com will most likely have the lowest price. But don't expect Parasound to honor your Warranty buying from them. If you look for a good deal from an Authorized dealer like Brent, then you get the best of both worlds. Good deal and a Warranty. I sell Parasound as well and can tell you that they will not honor their warranty when the product was bought from an online site. I don't know much about Media Designs or Brent, but the other members speak highly of him and he is a sponsor of the site and an Authorized Dealer for Parasound. To me, if I was in your shoes it would be a no brainer to see what he can offer it to you for.

This is a good time to point out that there are MANY "grey market" dealers out there, where you can find new products from many manufacturers, including Parasound, for discounted prices. However, you must clearly understand that by buying products from any of these dealers, the manufacturers will NOT honor the warranty.
Specifically with Parasound, click on this link here to find the authorized dealers for Parasound:
http://www.parasound.com/halonew/dealers.php
If a dealer/person does not appear on that list, Parasound can not make any guarantees as to the authenticity of the product that you buy, what shape it's in, and can not make any repairs under warranty. Who knows where that product came from! Besides, Brent can usually beat the price even of those "grey market" dealers, so why would anyone even bother?
If you look at authorized Parasound dealers in Texas in the USA, you'll find Brent and Media Design listed.

Since all this came up, here's Parasound's warranty information direct from the warranty page on their website:
In order to insure maximum customer satisfaction, Authorized Parasound Dealers are, with only rare exception, prohibited from selling our products by phone, mail, or over the Internet. Before purchasing Parasound products over the net (or by phone of mail order), be certain to check with Parasound to verify that the seller is an Authorized Parasound Dealer, because Parasound products which are purchased from anyone other than an Authorized Parasound Dealer are expressly excluded from Parasound's warranties. Parasound's warranties, like our products, are exceptional. Don't make the mistake of buying from someone who has chosen not to meet our qualifications, and in doing so run the risk of being sold not only the wrong product, but one for which you have no warranty protection!
Media Design is one of the very, very few companies authorized to sell online or via phone.

Brent's got the best price for the P3, but I decided to go for a better preamp.
