FYI: Thursday's Conan show will be U2 and only U2. All in HDTV of course.

Set your dvr's if you aren't staying up that late.

I just went to the Monday concert in Boston, and WOW! Gotta set the DVR, what a show.

SSSSOOOOOOOOOO? Where the heck was it? I'm pretty sure Seattle wasn't the only market that didn't show U2 on Letterman last night. Did I miss something?

It was on CONAN Obriens show on NBC...


It was QUITE good. They played 5 songs(or 6 I can't remember). it was in HD but only Pro Logic(here). The little extra bits that Conan did were HILARIOUS.

I can't wait until he replaces Leno.

You're kidding me... I misread this thread? I could have sworn it said "Letterman". I was so bummed it wasn't on. And now I just missed it because I was stupid? AAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGHHHHHH...

I'm really pissed. Anybody tape this and could send it my way?

I like Leno and find him hilarious at times but I think his time is done. He has nothing left to prove. Conan is really FRESH and new and deserves to be moved up sooner than they had planned.

Well, personally, I really like Leno, and I think he has done his job wonderfully and with class over all these years. However, I also like Conan--the guy is hilarious. Each is funny and great in their own way, and Conan will do an awesome job also.

I had planned to tape that Conan show but wouldn't you know, the #$@~!%$ 17 year old vcr gave up the ghost. Looks like when the timer activated the tape tried to eject itself or something. All I know is I got nothing.

Yeah, Chris, and you know I have three other ( and newer ) vcrs. I kept saying I was gonna replace the oldtimer but I don't tape a lot and kept forgetting. Well, it's done now but I missed Bono's gig.

Leno Stinks. I'm still pissed Letterman was passed over for this guy. He is a terrible interviewer and listener. Really, take a look at him when he interviews. All he cares about is making sure he gets his jokes in. And, if you notice when there is a good looking woman on with cleavage, his eyes are on the cleavage! Pretty obvious. (not that there is anything wrong with that!) ;)

anyway, just my $.02
