View Full Version : Family Guy?
Hello All,
Did anyone get the joke about Meg's "female thing" & the lamb?
It went over our heads, we didn't get it.

I asume you're talking about the new eppisode on Sunday but I don't remember that part.... Could you elaborate on it?

I know exactly what you are talking about and i remembered not getting the joke as well...though if i heard it again...i'd probably understand what they were talking about...
Regarding this past SUnday's episode of Family Guy...
Meg's brother asked what was wrong with Meg and her mother responded, "It's her time of the month again." Then
the lamb responded, "Not again."
Can anyone explain what the lamb meant?

Based on the earlier joke with Barney Ruble being the new best friend and the animals being used as appliances (the bird as a toilet for Barney) and such, I assume the joke had to do with the lamb (cotton) being used a feminine hygiene product.
You are correct ajpoe. In a related note I remember a joke that goes like this:
Q: What do elephants use as tampoons?
A: Sheep
There was even a Far Side comic which alluded to the same.
Meg gets picked on a lot, especially by Peter no less. My mind might be playing tricks on me but I could swear I saw/read somewhere Meg is not Peter's real daughter. IIRC they are going to an episode this season where we find out who her real dad was.

if you watch all the family guy eps, peter always jokes that meg was adopted. also, there was a small scene where they said meg had a sister, but then dismissed it (like making it out to be that they killed her and covered up the murder).

Good to know my mind is still functioning. I am suprised I forgot about that since I have seen each episode many times.
