The Toy Box # disc set is $54.99
I could probably sell the 2 disc set.
I think I might pop out and pick it up ,,they only had 3 in stock.

A young brunette goes into the doctor's office and tells him that her body hurts wherever she touches it.
"Impossible," says the doctor. "Show me." She takes her finger and pushes on her elbow and screams in agony. She then pushes on her knee and screams, pushes on her ankle and screams. And so it goes. No matter where she touches herself, her agony is apparent. The doctor says, "You're not really a brunette, are you? You're really a blonde."
She sheepishly admits that, indeed, she is a blonde.
"I thought so," he says. "Your finger is broken."

I had to read in segments and then take off to Future Shop only to come back to see another page was flipped!
Thanks for that Heads Up Trev, I got the Ultimate Toy Box. Nice set, and there is the bonus Iron on transfer :B
Andrew, that is a good looking sub, I'm pretty sure it will be black, jack schlack, but thanks for the exposure.
That new five is nice, I havn't truely warmed up to the face of the 5 of late, and i would have liked to see that changed abit, maybe more to the M5.
Paul, not sure of the sequential shift for the M3, but from reports I have read, the Mix box can be a bit more satisfiying to own, hell I'd take either.
The Ferrari you speak of is the 360 Modena, I seen one in Calgary down at Au Clair, Silver with red leather and the Sequential shift paddles...sweeet! I love the look of those Testa Rossa heads under glass.
Ok, seeing as we are showing our cars, here what I drive....

Just got back and have in hand my new copy of the Toy Box. I must have just missed you Bing..I was wrong in saying they only had three copies. That's what I had seen on the rack this afternoon. I must have walked right by the huge display that they have set right at the front doors. Lots of copies there around the top row of the display. Also got the Iron-on,,gave it to Tori.

Bing, you're right, the dts DVD of JP sucks when you compare it to the dts LD version.
Here's a couple of threads where people are believing the DD DVD version is the "intended" mix and somehow we have to futz around with our SUB and LFE MIX settings to get the dts DVD to sound right. Bollocks! I say!

Gentleman, gentleman, gentleman......
Joey and I fought like warriors last night for the flip, then proceeded to be burned.....
actually looked forward to coming home this evening and enjoying the ttp....
BUT.... I had to sit here for damn near a half an hour and read FOUR pages.......
yall talk too much :B :B :B :B :B :B
I wish i had a way to show off my transportation to you all......
1975 Ford F-100 429c.i. bored .030 over, Keith Black pistons, stock but ported and polished heads, Edelbrock matched cam, RPM intake, and 750 carb, Hedman headers ...
one problem though...its all still in a billion pieces.... blew the engine 2 months ago and havent completed overhaul assembly...:B
Then comes the second problem, our other vehicle is a 1999 Flame Red Dodge Grand Caravan. And its sitting at a local body shop with a car cover over it.
The van suffered a major impact on the front end (approx. $8-9000 damage).
so we are transportationless at this time....and its hard, believe me.....
Dodge has a shifter set up called "Autostick" which is nothing more than a 41TE 4 speed trans. with a "manual" type shifter knob whick is computer controlled of course...no clutch though...well... its actually has four clutch packs if anybody cares...if not.... the hell with me...:W
DOUBLE WARNING: I WILL FLIP TONIGHT :M

Just finished TS2...Great show! I has seen it in the theater, but this was more enjoyable now that it's mine, mine, mine! Those out takes are funny. I like when the aliens are asking if they each had a part in TS1, that one replied with reference to letter boxing :)
Trev, haven't had a chance to check the disk 3 yet, I thought I had better log in and do some TTP reading before I got too far behind.

Rick,,thats what I said last night about the bass,,its massive on this disc..Reference quality and now I have 2 in case one wears out.:D...I wonder how the SVS's compare to the Servo-15's.The bass was slammin. My favorite scene was were the Daschund barges into the bedroom to track down Woody. Excellent demo scene and nice bass...

Greg,
I have asked the boss if we could completly go the theater route but, was informed that it would be in the next house.
Trevor,
Yup.......... there is a hellava lot of LF in this show. The SVS are hooked up in series(8ohm) now to the Cinepro so there only seeing about 190 watts each. When I tried (2ohm) about 600 watts per speaker it was to much and bottomed out the drivers.

Hey Rick.....
5.38 gear ?????? Crappy gas mileage for sure.........:B :B :B
Ever driven the Dodge 2500/3500 truck w/ new 24valve Cummins? match it with a new nv6500 6-speed manual trans with a 4/10 gear- AWESOME, BEEFY AND THE BADEST ON THE ROAD FOR SURE...:B
The busted a small group earlier this year somewhere in New York for tampering with the cummins control module (ECM)... WITHOUT touching the engine what so ever, by just changing the fuel curve, tapped out a whopping 750 hp and over a 1000 ft.lbs of torque... cummins admitted to the engine capable of doing this but it rips transmission, driveshafts and rearends apart.....
Give one and let me try...FOFL :B
dont think I will keep up with my threat/promise of competing for the flip....was late this morning for work due to staying up too late and not hearing the alarm clock...
I am not really a ford person, but rick, have you ever seen the intake ports on a 429 head? My three old son can easily slide his whole hand and wrist in the hole with no problem....bigger the holes, more gas to burn....burn baby burn....:B
anyway,
yall yap away, maybe yall hit chapter 2 of ttp tonight, (avg.book has maybe 100-200 pages per chapter?)

I only have MATH homework to do over the weekend, and I hope to finish it tomorrow at work :) :) Which means I get to take some more flying lessons on saturday without worrying about getting all of that stuff done.
I do, on the other hand, have a buttload of HTML to do, so I'm not off the hook THAT easy!
It's official, I'm out of control! Remember my downstairs neighbor, the sweet old lady who said that we were never too loud (she's gotta be on crack, I BLAST my sub, heh) and we're the best neighbors she's had? Well, she stopped me the other day and said:
"I just love all of your toys. Every time I see you walk by you have something new. Airplanes, rockets, UPS boxes. I tell my son about you all the time, I enjoy seeing all of your cool stuff!"
So I'm officially a toy-a-holic! I just got two rocket kits for Mandi and I to play with this weekend. Should be fun. I hope I don't scare off all of the 10 year olds who usually do this kind of thing, heh. What can I say, my parents NEVER let me play with anything cool as a kid. So now it's my turn to play! Back then 5 bucks for a rocket was expensive, now I can afford to grab a few to play with :)
Ok you crazy Cannucks, it's my turn to flip, and just you try and stop me ;)

Morning All - TGIF!! :)
My wife thought I was nuts last night when I was going for a flip too Joey. She walked up and asked why I was talking to the computer... all I was saying was "C'mon flip, c'mon flip, c'mon flip" like a good luck chant or something ;)
Thanks guys, this place is fun to be associated with!

Ok, this flip-fest has got to stop. I can't spend an hour reading 5 pages of posts every morning! :)
Mats, maybe you should change the script so that it flips at a random post # instead of always 35. Then you'll never know when it'll flip, and we won't have the last 20 posts of every page being "running start for flips!" :)
Ok, on to more interesting topics. My UTB came yesterday, wow, what a great job they did on this set. The picture and sound were top notch, the extras were great (I loved the TS2 outtakes and the Toy Treats on disc 1). But the best part of all was the beginning of TS2, what bass! I could definitely hear the SVS doing its thing! :)
Today is "trick or treat" at the office, at 4 people are bringing their kids to do "cubicle-to-cubicle" trick or treating. I brought all my scary Halloween toys (particularly the battery powered ones that jump out when you walk by) so I'm all set to scare the little runts that walk by! :)
Well, that's it for now. Time to do some actual work for a change. :)

I used a SPL meter and measured a 1.5-2dB increase in SPL with the dts LD version of Toy Story I over the DD DVD version. Just thought I'd add that tidbit. Both versions looked and sounded pretty good overall.
All this flipping is really, uh, competitive, eh?

okay guys I gate to be the nasty guy here but I htink its time to lay off the madness thats being going on lately. I don't mind people having flipping contests or even making a run at it if there's 2 or 3 posts to go but its getting silly when the last 15 plus posts are folks running for the flip and the first 5 of the next page are attempted flips so we end up with about 10 "normal" (i use that term loosly!) posts.

Stayed home again...I figure what the hell. I was saving up a LOT of vacation time to go to Walt Disney World next month, but that trip was cancelled a long time ago :( So even after taking today off I still have at LEAST a week of vacation still waiting for me. So maybe I can use that in December or something if I can go to Canada when school has a break :)
That's about it for me though, Mandi's probably going to come home early today and we're going to shoot off our rockets at the park.
I have to call one of the flight instructors today to see abut meeting up tomorrow morning for a "crash course in flying" ;) I flew it just fine, now I have to learn to take off and land. Landing is gonna be tense! One wrong move and *BOOM*, gotta save for another plane :(
Oh, my roommate got a job with Mandi and I starting monday, because Mandi opened her mouth and offered it to him since he was looking for another job. So now I get to hang out with these people 24/7. I definitely need a vacation, gotta get some more Joey-Time. He doesn't work today either, so we're both home. It's more fun when it's just me :)
Anyone know how to set up a DNS server at home? My initial plans of hosting the TTP site on my computer at home is pretty much going to hell because my roommate THOUGHT he knew how to set it up, but doesn't. Pl@ or Jehan, do you guys know? I can always get the free hosting that I use for Joey6P.Com, I was just wanting to put both pages on my computer so I wouldn't have to deal with banners anymore. Any help would be VERY much appreciated :) :)

Oh, and I have a vision last night of a cool dedicated HT layout for the new house I will buy as soon as I get out of debt. Going to work on making a 3D rendering of the layout itself today. Should be a lot of work. I'll post the progress as I get it all coming together if you guys wanna see it :)
I was planning setting the number of posts per page to 2 that way you'll have to page thru some 1000 + pages :) It's a bit tricky to fix this dynamic page flip, but I might actually spend some hours on that. Could be funny, and ease down on the way to do the actual flip :)

Andrew--if you deleted all the "running for the flip" and "flipping" and "dang I missed the flip" posts the TTP would be back down to 10 pages. :)
Tonight will be fun. My sister wants to see The Haunting. Now we'll find out just how much guts that SVS in the corner REALLY has... and to find out if the roof is securely fastened to the house. :)
Last weekend I tested the sub out with the "coming mother" scene from The Haunting, with the volume cranked to 60 and the sub level at -7. It was LOUD, but it didn't bottom out on that scene. Tonight I'll have the volume more reasonable (say about 45-50) but I now have the sub set to -3 since I EQed out the 50hz room bump. We'll see how she performs! :)

Thanks Andrew for bringing up the point of excessive ttping. No, that's not excessive typing, it's excessive ttping.
We are here to have fun, but we are also here to help each other and learn. Unfortunately, when a topic comes up of value, it gets put in the rear view mirror so quickly now, as to be all but ignored. So really, by eliminating some of the excessive flip posts, we are all doing each other a favor.
I know, I know, real subject matter isn't supposed to come up in ttp, but lets face it, it does. So, just post with a little dicretion, and all is well in ttpland!
Please don't think we are trying to spoil the fun. Far from it. We are just trying to make ttp the most interesting, longest thread in internet history. With your help? Who knows, we might make Guiness yet! :)

Okay, now here's the challenge, how long can we make on page last? Now that's gonna be tough. Or we could just set up a separate page for flipping only. So I'll do my part in toning it down. We seemed to go a bit nuts yesterday, must be something to do with being cooped up inside. Let's see how much I can include in this one post...
Thanks for the offer Rick, but I think I'll just wait it out. I'm sure to get the set one of these days. To a certain extent, I'm trying not to get too hyped up on receiving anyting on release day, that way I don't get too disapointed. Plus it's a bit easier on the pocket book. You posting animal, on second thought, that should be your punishment for not reading before you post, send me the box set. :B
Oh yeah, somebody mentioned autostick on the intrepid, as I understand, it's still just an auto tranny with a nifty gear selection feature, like Audi's tiptronic.
Andrew, I didn't realize those Maggies were that big, can't wait to see a few of those pics. Hmm, good sound..
Bing, back in the summer, I saw a Ferrari Modena in yellow parked on a side street around where I live. Just kinda gazed and drooled at it.
Joey, Kinda nice knowing that you're ahead of the game. Actually don't remember your downstairs neighbour, but then again being a senior my memory just aint what it used to be. :) Nice to have such a nice neighbour, she must be deaf or something. Don't forget the Sears story, that was a few pages ago.

Every Good Boy Does FineIt's a memory aid for learning to read music. The first letter of each word denotes the notes on the "lines" of the staff, from bottom to top (E,G,B,D,F). The spaces (between the lines) are F,A,C,E, and the memory aid there is "face rhymes with space". :)
One way to keep a page going indefinitely is instead of posting a new message, just edit an old one and add your new prose to it. Of course, no one will know to look at the old posts to see if they changed. :)
I finished decorating my cubicle. I ran to the mall and picked up some cobwebs, some skeleton blinky lights and a candy dish that laughs and shakes when you reach in to it. I love Halloween toys! I wish I had a digital camera, I'd take a pic of my cubicle and post it here for everyone to see. :)

Paul,
Kevin's right, E,G,B,D,F are the lines going upwards :) Just an easy way to remember it :) I've been trying to help Mandi learn the piano, so it was going through my head, and I didn't know what else to post ;)
As a matter of fact, my downstairs neighbors ARE deaf ;) I kindda lucked out that way, heh. They're a nice couple though, and since they can't hear my system there's never been any trouble at all :)
The Sears story, heh, still cracks me up to think about it.
This happened last year when I upgraded from my Magnavox 27" to a Sony Trinitron 27", and I got it from Sears.
But the big ape that loaded it into my car scratched the living hell out of it, and I didn't notice until I got home. I was pretty pissed that he had shown such disregard for me, so I went back the next day and got an exchange.
I walked in and no one would help me at first (you'd think it was Best Buy), so I stood there holding all of the television accessories. I had the remote, a manual, etc...
Well, these kids were camped out in front of a TV watching what was on it. And wouldn't you know, it was a Sony Trinitron. I crossed my fingers, hoped it would work, and hit "power" on the remote. One of the kids started freaking out and screamed at one of the other kids to hurry and turn it back on, as though it were this huge emergency. The older kid fimbled around with it and finally got it back on.
At this point Mandi doesn't know what's going on, but wonders why these kids are screaming.
So I hit "Menu", and the same kid starts freaking out again. The older kid turns the tv off, and then on, all is well.
But this point Mandi wonders why I'm smirking and chuckling to myself, especially because I was so upset about the fact that I was having to exchange a tv.
She looked over just in time to see me hit power again, and then sees the reaction with the display tv turning off and the kids freaking out again. She tried to tell me it was a cruel thing to do, but she couldn't help but laugh herself.
It was the first time I was ever disappointed that a store didn't take longer to help me. The salesperson asked why we were laughing so hard, and if everything was okay. I just gave him the stuff, told him the tv was in the car, and told him he needed to have someone other than the clumbsy monkeyman who broke it take the new one out to the car.
I know, I know, it was a cruel thing to do, but it was awfully funny at the time ;)

Joey, there must be SOMETHING about you. Everytime you go into a Sears, a Best Buy, or what have you, you always come out of there with the best stories!! You should become a humor author or something, maybe a comic strip writer or something. :)
Ya know Joey, remember the ghost thread on HTF, where you posted the freakiest stories on there? Do you have any others? Halloween is coming, and I'm just waiting for the trick or treating party to start here. Just in case someone missed this:
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
COSTCO - Toy Story Ultimate Box Reacall
If you purchased Toy Story 2 Ultimate Box from Costco you will want to check out the TOY STORY 2 DVD (5:20 into Chapter 22) before you let kids watch it. Some of the Toy Story 2 DVDs in the Toy Story Ultimate Box set sold by COSTCO are defective and have a scene from High Fidelity close to the layer change. If you have a defective DVD, bring it back to Costco for a refund.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Pretty weird, huh? Wonder why it's just the Costco ones? Has anyone seen this on theirs?

Well not a ghost story, I was thinking of just posting some what you did when you were a kid during Halloween. Well I got into some mischief back in highschool. You see around here it's illegal to have fire crackers, and you have to be an adult to use the other fireworks, roman candles, etc. So one year, a couple of freinds and I went down to Chinatown as we heard you could get firecrakers there. :) Well sure enough, we got our score. Some Thundercrakers, and some minimites, also got some bottle rockets. :)
So about every Friday evening before Halloween, we would get together and head out to the park and light off our firecrakers and bottle rockets. Well, at first, we were kinda chicken so it was just set it down light it and run. :) But of course after a few time of this, we got braver. Till eventually my friends and I were holding on to the crackers and chucking them at each other. I also fashioned a bottle rocket launcher, basically a pipe you held onto to aim the sucker.
One of those nights was particularly hair raising as we were having our usual war at the park, when we noticed these car lights. Didn't matter to us as we were pretty brave by now, well let me tell you, when we saw this car drive onto the park grass, we kinda figured it was time to RUN! We scattered, I ended up backing my self into a big bush around a corner. A few minutes later we regrouped and figured it was the fuzz responding to some noise complaints. :)
The following year we made our trip to buy some more crackers, but this time on the way home, we were lighting them off, real dumb. Cause a cop car pulls up and stops us. Takes our name and addresses and confiscates all our stuff, plus gives us a nice lecture. So that's it for my wild side.

Well, now that the flip-athon is slowing down a bit I had a chance to go to A&B to get a new Denon RC8000. Well to make a long story short I was a little pissed that I'd be without a remote for 3 freakin weeks. :(
Can I talk about remotes on the ttp? :)
The salesman says have you seen the new RC5000i remote? I tell him that I've read about it! I'm thinking "I must, I must, resist".
Well sitting on my desk is!!! Really good will power!!

Check these out. I never really posted any pictures from my new camera that showed off its resolution, so here are a few. Keep in mind these have been shrunk and what-not, it takes HUGE pictures (1600X1200).
See my rocket though? I caught a great picture of its first flight! The football pictures are from the CSU game I went to last Saturday with my brother, brother in law, and father :)
Here they are!
I still can't get over how cool my rocket picture is, that was perfect timing! :)

Rick, try and show a bit of self control. ;) So I hope you got a good deal on that remote, considering your going to be with out one for 3 more weeks! Anyway, from what I hear, once you get this puppy programed, you might as well forget about your Denon. Oh, I just thought of something, I hope it won't get you down, but aren't you going to have problems programming the Maratnz with Denon codes since you don't have your remote?
Joey, those picks look really great! My friend and I played with some rockets once, first launch went well, it launched. :) But it landed right next to a rugby player, so he was kinda pissed and broke the rocket in half and stepped on it. Oops, Second launch, made sure it was angled away from people :) but the angle was too much as we were also compensating for wind. It launched, but went on to somebodys roof. So much for rockets.

I still have the RC2000MKII with the codes. I just down loaded the software off of the Marantz site. It is slow today it took almost 3 minutes to download 4.8 meg. I was hoping to find some CCF files? But, I'm not sure if the pronto files will work.

Rick,
With the engine I put in it the maximum height is 600 feet. And it climbs up there FAST, heh. These were just cheap dollar rockets we got. We're going to design our own tonight :)
I think I got screwed on Ebay for a wide andgle lens I bought for my camera...tried to ask the seller if he'd sent it yet (been a week), and the mail was returned back to me :( That would really suck!

600ft? Let me guess! The one your gonna make tonight will be faster and go how much higher? That thing looks like it could be dangerous. How far away are you when the thing takes off?

What you need to do is hook that TTP tube up to a booster stage with a C6-0 first stage, and then a C6-7cs second stage. forget about retrieving it unless you have a streamer, cause she will launch up to a 1/2 mile with something like that :B

Funny story...hats off to u !!
I remember shooting rockets off when I was kid (back in the mid to late 70's). I cant imagine the technology they have for them now....I would imagine if you sent a rocket off too high, NASA would be knocking on your door asking if you had the proper permits for interstellar space travel or something........:B
Seems nowadays you have to have a permit for/to do anything..... :M
I look at the threads talking about the fancy do-dads remotes, by the time I can afford to get one for the equipment I want (which I havent gotten yet) I will proably be old and deaf, or dead for that matter...... (paychecks looking thinner these days). :(

Rick, programing will roll by pretty quick, it's the building of the pages and learning to use the pronto edit that takes most of the time.
One very helpfull tip (c/o Andrew) is to make pages for each component titled "IR codes". On this page, just stack button after button that you want to control on the unit. The page is then hidden so it does not display during normal operation.
When it comes time to teach the Pronto your IR codes, you teach all the buttons on the IR codes page the commands. On your displayed pages, alias all other button commands to the desired IR code on the IR codes page. What this does is allow you to make changes to your control pages, with out having to pull out the original remote to teach the new command again, it's all stored on the IR codes page. This has saved me much time for as changes are made, I just re-alias the control button to the expected command from the IR codes page.
Here is a shot of what I'm talking about...
http://www3.sk.sympatico.ca/fung1/pronto0.jpg
Normally this page is hidden, but I unhid it for the purpose of this display. Those are all the commands for my Denon. Actually it's 1 of 2 hidden IR codes pages.

Rick,
Ever since I was a kid my father would take me to go see the Blue Angels. Air shows really kept my interest, and still do! That's what got me into model planes in the first place :) Getting your pilot's license would probably be a LOT of fun! I hope to someday, but they're a little out of my price range, heh.
If your wife shoots down your idea you can always build some RC planes like me ;)
There's one last picture before launch located on the rocket picture page. She's all ready to go though, and Mandi's getting ready to go to the park with me, so it's a matter of minutes now before we see if it's going to be an awesome rocket, or an expensive firework ;)
No wind, not a cloud in the sky...man, which I had called my RC flight instructor, could be out flying my plane too!
"Roger Control, you are go for takeoff!"

Howdy yall,
Got back this evening after taking family to Shawfest..... Would you believe we left about 1:30 for a 10 min. ride to base, using evasive manuvers (sp?) to avoid traffic and using the back gate to the base, still caught up with major traffic, then to top it all off... we arrived about 20 minutes late ( but I planned extra 1/2 hour for delays to be sure the kids wont miss the thunderbirds). Anyway, after the short walk from a really close parking spot (I found out of luck) and walked approx 2 minutes from the flightline area where the main festivities were being held....
Then to my and the kids dismay, all six F-16s did a mass crossover pattern above our heads (where they all aim for each like playing chicken but all six jets involved and narrowly missing each other) then proceeded to LAND..... I was like...WHAT THE HELL.....??????????
Come to find out, they started the program 30 minutes early due to emergency procedures from all the crap going on in the middle east........
The Thunderbirds had to shove their program early so the 82nd Squadron could move a caravan of f-16s out tonight heading for the middle east.....
(FOR THOSE WITH SENSITIVE EYES...CLOSE THEM NOW!)
MAY THEY KICK ASS AND TAKE SOME NAMES !!!!!! :B
Anyway, we did see the formal landing and unloading of the T.b. pilots..... pretty good showing of professionalism and POWER.... kids still complaining of their ears aching from the jets engines..... (we were approx. 200 ft. from the parking area of the jets
I just feel bad for them not seeing the entire show, for I have see them many times over....
and will go see them again anyday... they are awesome.
Anybody else have a better day?

Hey LB, HAPPY BIRTHDAY! (nice flip on your BD too!) :)
31 years young. Hope you are having a great day, and yes, I was happy over the Dallas win. Thinking about watching either "Usual Suspects" or "Rules of Engagement" tonight. Haven't seen either yet, so can't really give any new movie reviews, except if you haven't seen Toy Story 2, get it! We've only watched it 4 times so far! ;)

Happy Birthday Little Bruce. I am only 29 and have been for 3 years now,so your old.:)
Nice Flip BTW..
Rick..tell me about your FPTV.
A&B sells a Sharp model #XV-Z1 for $4488 which I thought was very reasonable but later found out its not progressive compatible and only 4x3..I would want progressive and 16x9 Anamorphic. Looks like (guessing)I would have to fork over around $6K+ for one with these features.
Good job on the rocket Joey..Looks to be lots of fun!!
TTP has really slowed.Looks like its time to start up another flip the page bonanza.

Ok guys, serious question. How important is it to use a disc like Avia on your system? I just checked Amazon (yeah Lex, used your link ;) ) and can't see spending $40 if not really worth it, especially if I will use it once and never get it back out.
$40 will get me 2 nice new DVD's that will probably see numerous viewing. Please help me out on this. And I guess renting this is not possible as I couldn't find it on Netflix... Thoughts??

Greg,
In my opinion it's nothing less than a necessity to have Avia as part of your collection :) It does wonders for your audio/video! The first time I used it with the lenses they provide and a Radio Shack sound meter I was shocked how what a difference it made with the sound AND picture. In my opinion you should definitely get it! :)

Greg Avia is a must buy for any HT owner it will do wonders for your system..you will also need an analog SPL meter from Radio Shack these two items will allow you to get the most out of your gear...and the improvements are not going to be subtle but a vast improvement. Look at it this way you've got how much invested in gear and you're only to use 75 percent of its potential.

had a busy weekend making new grill covers for the Maggie 1.4's (replaced ugly white ones), built new stands for the MMG's, cut 10 endcaps for a friends sonosub with port and driver holes, visted my wifes grandfather and even managed to clean the place up a bit:)
