    The Fog - Uhh?

My copy of The Fog arrived today. Allrighty then! A little dinner, a little family time and I'll pop that . . . . Oh. No HT room right now.

    Augggggghh! :uhoh:

This sucks. I can go watch it in the family room on the small TV (36" tube), but it just isn't the same. Oh man, this is gonna be a long few weeks or so.

    I feel your pain

Just think about when it's all done, you'll know which movies you'd wanna watch on that first weekend marathon.

Thanks for the sympathy Clive. Somehow, I'll endure.

George, you are a real buddy! Always thinking of me. : We'll be expecting a full report tomorrow, okay? One thing specifically, are Adrienne Barbeau's "skills" (both of them) still good?

Well, I can definitely attest to the fact that Miss Barbeau's SKILLS are indeed intact.

As for the movie itself. It's S C A R Y. Fact is, for me anyway, The Fog and The Thing (remake) are two of my favorite John Carpenter films, so my comments here are somewhat biased

Not much daylight, so it was hard to really assess the picture quality. This is a very dark film, a true torture test for the black levels on my lcd projector. But I would have to say that the transfer was quite good.

Jamie Lee Curtis is cute, Adrienne Barbeau is VERY easy on the eyes, and it was kind of nice seeing an older, but still attractive Janet Leigh.

          Warning--

          don't watch this alone
