    Spy Game DVD Return Info

If you are having problems with the English Titles for the Hearing Impared on Spy Game continuously popping up, you can send the DVD back to Universal. Send just the dvd back, you don't need to send the case, to Universal with your name and address to:

    Spy Game DVD Return
    PO Box 224468
    Dallas, TX 75260

I'm not sure if this will be the same address for Canadians.

    Canadians
Universal will also be offering exchanges for a newly repressed disc by calling 1-866-532-2202. Universal will send you an envelope to send the disc back in, and new discs are expected to arrive in 6-8 weeks.

This problem mainly affects Toshibas, and some Pioneer and Sony players. Of course there may be other players affected.

Well, thank goodness. This about drove me nuts! I kept turning off subtitles, restarting, but finally just lived with it. To bad my first viewing was so polluted. I suppose we just return the disc, and not the case, right Paul?

      Thanx!

Hmmm. Hadn't realized there was a problem with this disc. It played fine on my Panny RV80. Sorry to hear y'all are having problems.
