    Ok guys and girls

Isn't anybody building anything now? Or is it the Christmas rush that has your plans stalled?

    just curious,

    Lex

Check out Tower of Power, Lex. Santa's Video elves are busy.... more coming soon.

Will also post next week about my DIY electronic crossover, since it's recontruction; want to complete some other measurements.

Will also post comments/review of Aragon Palladiums before end of year, provided the HP8903 I have on order arrives; I wanted to include measurement data as well as that "touchy-feely" subjective stuff.

      Regards,

      Jon

Just put a 900Mhz Athlon, Abit KT7 Raid MB, 256 megs RAM, and a dual head Matrox 450 video card in the main PC. It's been up and running for 30 minutes

Am completely rewiring the phone system in my house. We clipped a line doing some remodeling and I've been running with "extension cords" for several months.

Oh wait!, you meant DIY audio/video right?

Well as soon as tomorrow, work begins in earnest on the "Mini-Me" IB sub. 4 Shiva IB, to replace my old floor mounted slot loaded sub in the family room. This must be completed by Dec 27th. A friend is going to be here from of state, and he's taking all the old slot loaded subs back with him.

Am still waiting on Stryke woofers and the B&G RD75 planars.

I'm just waiting for the paint to dry on my bottom endcap for Sunosub II. It's been so cold lately, I think I'll use a hair dryer on the paint job...

            Lex,

Still working on my 281s but the holidays have put a real dent in the time I get to spend in the shop.. I still have one side to finish all the dados on, as well as fabricate the bases. I am taking the week after Christmas off with no plans to go anywhere other than the eye doctor and dentist. I should have the cabinets almost done after that.... I may pick up my sonotube late that week as well. I will post new pics to my site as I get finished. I'm also planning to make some cables from CAT5. My daughter has volunteered to do the braiding. She's 13 and loves that kind of thing. We'll see. It's going to be more than she bargained for I'm afraid.

BTW, Pat Sun.. after tweaking with your BFD do you enjoy music more on Sunosub III than you thought you might?

Well, looks like there are a few things going on, just nobody talking about it much. I predict that Bing will be the most successful though. lol.

                Enjoy the holidays folks,

I once carried a 24" X 12' piece Gregg, and the answer is VERY CAREFULLY!

I strapped it 40 ways to Sunday, and watched it slide from side to side in the truck bed. Drive slowly, and get a full size truck to haul it. Long bed!

Well, Sunosub II is now inside the house and rocking it! Too bad I go to my parent's tomorrow and won't be back for 5 days. Ah well, time to also go exchange presents with friends tonight.

But The Matrix sounds pretty good with this sub.
