    Rack mount Rotel pics!

Don't get excited, just using Middle Atlantic shelves, but I figured people might want to see how it looks.. 1095,1066,1066 all in silver.. And just in case anyone ever thought about putting a 1095 on the top of their rack at about 7', dont...

Looks pretty freakin' cool! I'm curious, however, what you're going to provide adequate ventilation. (i.e. fans?)

The rack is on the back wall of the living room. The coat closet is actually behind it, so it's not fully closed up. The 1095 on top has about a foot of space before the ceiling so it's fine. The 1066 amp has the vent spacer above it for about 2" of vent room. My only real concern is the Rsp-1066 being sandwiched under the 1095, but it hasn't seemed to get that hot during testing.. If it does get to be a problem, a long squirrel cage fan above should be enough.

I'll snap some pics from behind it for a better perspective and post them in a sec..

            More pics as promised..

Door to equipment room, CRT table, that's an 8' wall with the rack being 8" from the ceiling and floor:

RLC900 Line conditioner side mounted to the wall:

30A plug on RLC900 with dedicated 30A outlet:

Other outlets and bass shaker stuff:

Kevin - WOW 8O :tomato: I'm so jealous

You have a great setup. Maybe you can post pics of your entire Home theater in Home Theater section of the forum.

                      Eduardo:

Unfortunately, that's about it.. CD9's in the front with SVS subs.. I decided to do it right this time with means I can't quite afford it all at once. I'm working on a drywall entertainment center that will hold the center and screen which should look like part of the wall. Once that's in place the ball might start rolling a little faster.

                      Lex:

Thanks, I hope so. I'm an AV installer and finally have a house to play with...

                      Thanks everyone for the compliments..

This is around the third time I've looked at your setup. Man, that is very, very fine. My wife was very impressed too. And, we both love your tile covered coffee table as well.

You didn't get the update on the new chameleon color option???

No actually that's the old setup. I work for a Rotel dealer so I can do crazy things like sell a black 1095 to buy a silver one (but only once a year..)
