Hey, I see those pics now! BTW, is there a specific reason why you used the Painter's Touch primer and paint? Is it a preference thing or a cost thing?

The primer was just something I had leftover from last year. I tested the combo of that primer with the lacquer, and nothing bad occured, so I felt safe in proceeding to use the primer/lacqure combination.
I knew I needed primer because the edges of MDF really do soak up paint.
It's just stuff you find at Home Depot. Should I have used a different type of primer for Rustoleum lacquer paint?

I was only asking since I've never used that particular product. Knowing you like I do, I assumed that you either bought it because you thought it was a superior product or because the price was right.
