Service manual for RB-990BX 200 watt amplifier

    Service manual for RB-990BX 200 watt amplifier

    My beloved 990 has developed a crackle on one channel.

    Has anyone got a pdf of the service manual and or schematic?

    I have found a 991 which is probably very similar but would really like the correct manual.

      or is the service manual different from the "owner's manual"?

            Well sadly I have, and they have not bothered to even reply.
            With over £5000 worth of Rotel still currently owned and over £10K worth sold in the last couple of years it may well be a pointer for the future.

            I feel let down on this occasion.

              Well sadly I have, and they have not bothered to even reply.
              With over £5000 worth of Rotel still currently owned and over £10K worth sold in the last couple of years it may well be a pointer for the future.

              That's strange. Their emails are usually responded to within 24 hours - I have always found the support very good.

              If your email address is not UK based, then it may have been forwarded to the relevant distributor to respond, or perhaps it did not arrive? It's also possible that any email sent back to you would have had an attachment so the email may have ended up in your 'bulk' or 'spam' folder.

              I would re-send the email and request a delivery receipt if possible.

              Alternatively you can let me know the email address so that I can contact them for you?

                I have sent again, with sections from this thread as well, but still no reply?

                Any email I get does not enter bulk/junk.

                  Hey Sprout.
                  I have just registred so bare with me if this is the wrong way to reply.
                  For the moment I have one RB 990bx for repair, so if you sent me an email I can return the service manual of the RB991 and allso the RB 990bx, the are mostly the same.
