TV Stands for SONY KD-34XBR960

Hello All,
I need some help in finding a nice TV stand for the SONY KD-34XBR960. I have a rotel RSX-1067 and a BWM LCR600S3 center speaker. I need to have the TV on the top. The speaker right below the TV, the reciever below the speaker and the last shelf would have my CD Player and the Cable TV box.

I have looked everywhere but i couldnt find something that would look good, be strong yet in my price range.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Amit. I went through a couple of catalogs - Audio Advsior, etc. - and some web sites last night, and the racks shown that would accomodate your TV and the equipment layout you want (4 levels) all start at around $300. Is this within budget?
